Anna's Big Girl Hair...

I took Anna to get her hair cut tonight. It was getting so long and scraggly. Because of the way it was growing it almost looked like she had a little mullet in the back, which is not a style I am too fond of! It looked darling in pig tails or a pony tail but Anna is going through a stage where she hates having anything in her hair. Plus the back was really frizzy and fine. So I took her to Cookie Cutters to have them cut her hair. Below is her before shot. Here she is (below) on the slide after her hair cut. She got to pick out a movie to watch (a Disney Princess sing-a-long) and she sat in a pink car. She did so well. Especially since she has a double ear infection (we started a round of different antibiotics tonight because the other one wasn't helping at all). She let the lady cut her hair and they gave me a little blond lock to keep. Anna talked to the lady the whole time. It was so cute. When they were all finished cutting her hair they put some spray sparkles in. They told Anna that she had Princess hair now.

This is the back. They cut it into a little bob. I can't believe how much better it looks! It actually looks like she has "thick" hair. Now it will grow out evenly instead of like a mullet. She looks so grown up!!!
